WEEKLY - $200. / $225. / $250. (Electric Included)
MONTHLY - $600. / $650. / $700.+ $200.00 space deposit.

Electric meters are read for monthly and added to your space rent

Includes sewer and water hookups

References and/or credit inquiries may be made for monthly rental

One R.V. and one passenger vehicle per site. (Extra Vehicle Parking - $35.00 per vehicle if available)

Motorcycles Allowed On Property With Agreement
RV Units not to be older than 15 years of age
Current registration and condition of R.V. will be verified
All Vehicle Registration must be kept current
Units must be self-contained. There are no public bathroom or shower facilities
1 inside cat, with approval. Must be on leash or caged when outside
Dogs: 12 lbs. Limit,With approval - Must be on leash when outside
One R.V. and one passenger vehicle per site. Any Additional Vehicles Must Park On Public Street
Extra Vehicle Parking - $35.00 per vehicle if available
